Section 14
The investigation period of the Damasahi action can be extended
: (1) If the investigation officer submits a petition to the court to extend the period, showing reasonable cause, that the company's financial position cannot be investigated within the investigation period specified in sub-section (2) of section 13, the appropriate period may be extended if the court deems the reason reasonable.
